The Federal Law against marijuana is a big fat lie--8 dead out of millions of users makes marijuana the safest substance on the planet

That is a ridiculous number and if you weren't High you would realize it. More deaths on the highway every day in this country happen because of people being on dope and that doesn't count other issues......like killings in Detroit and Chicago over drug turf wars and unsuspecting hikers walking into an illegal grow in the woods to be killed. My son picked up several of those people in Northern California while stationed there. People are afraid to go in the woods before harvest season in that area because of armed guards. That doesn't even take into account the trash and pollution left behind. Even in areas where it can be grown "legally", there are more illegal operations causing havoc with both society and the environment. Everybody but the brain dead dopers know the problems.

How about the 6 month old baby that died here in Idaho last spring after the dope smoking boyfriend dropped her and then blew pot smoke in her face to "cure" her instead of taking her to the hospital. Then the mother tried to cover it up. The issue is very under reported. With any luck............with any luck, the boyfriend will get life in prison and the mother will get 20 years.

It's so dangerous Oregon has allowed pot stores to open on almost every block in the City, ... and all over the state.
So the State is advocating by default that people use marijuana recreational ... and as usual, Oregon ignores Federal laws relating to it, an immigration, and and ... on it goes.

Maybe people who test positive for alcohol use should not be allowed to purchase firearms .... or possess them once ticketed for an alcohol related traffic offense .... nor people on prescribed pain medications, or any medication which might impact thinking ... which is hundreds of drugs millions take every day to control seizures, etc.
How about anyone whose medical history indicates anything outside "normal" health be banned from owning firearms.
And anyone who has ever undergone mental health counseling for any reason, including marriage counseling ... banned from owning firearms due to "mental problems."
Ban everyone ... except me .... ;-)

BS.........it isn't cheep in Amsterdam where it has been legal for decades and illegal sales are still prosecuted by the government. Just like illegal sales of alcohol. And tobacco are here. The legal sales in Holland have become such a problem that there is huge pressure to do away with it. It costs the country huge amounts in social issues like welfare and street crime.

You haven't looked hard enough.............try taking cigarettes (or alcohol) across state lines for resale and see how long you stay out of Jail.
