So is there any gun stores that do Lay-away? I dont have the cash for a M-4. But I want to get one before any ban goes in effect, is there anywhere that does lay away that is relieable?

Budsgunshop.com has a great layaway program. I think it's 30% down and 90 days with no minimum monthly payment. You just have to pay it off before the 90 days are up. They also offer free shipping to your local FFL. I've bought several guns on the layaway program and it's been seamless. Their prices are usually low as well.

Gun Broker (don't know about all of them but in Clackamas for sure) it is like 10% down and the rest within 6 weeks. So, not a real great one but it has helped me a couple of times.

well if it isn't paid off before a "ban" goes in you are SOL anyway. Just save up and purchase one when you can.

Willamette Valley Arms in Hillsboro does layaway. Really nice guys and knowledgeable. Their own brand of ammo is also good and as cheap as I've found anywhere.
