I'm assuming those are based on numbers background checks. If so, it doesn't take into account the multiple purchases, such as five or so lowers at a time. FWIW, I just did a background check Friday and it only took about 10 minutes. I was number eight in the que. They say that having a CHL and recent purchases makes it much quicker.
