You need to screw your C.A.P.D. down more to get full rotation.

I'm guessing the OP had an epiphany/Capt. Obvious moment tinkering with that PM setup since his last post.
Maybe figuring out what we all have been telling him was what he needed to do.
I'm hoping this negative post will get him back to defend himself and tell us what's been going on.

Possibly. I've had more than a few d'uh/Capt Obvious moments in reloading & gun tinkering.
