He doesn't pull a Beto and say "F yeah, we're coming for them" -- instead he babbles on and on and discuses how the 2A doesn't say you can own any weapon you want. First he talks about categories of people who are prohibited, and then goes on to say the government can limit weapons, such as semi-automatic weapons, military style, designed to shoot and kill people in war -- later he talks about firearms with no socially redeeming value, nothing to do with sportsmanship, and nothing to do with your right to own a gun. A lot of defense against deer talking points, that in order to fight the US you'd need an F16 or Bazooka, etc. etc.
Anyway, very clear he's on the Beto train even though he's way more wordy.
Also, toward the end, pulls a conspiracy theory about the gun manufacturers preventing biometricly keyed guns from entering the market despite perfectly working technology.
