Do you want to sell or not?
If I see that phrase I just move on, not worth my time. I've seen too many that do that to see how many responses they get at their posted price. If they get alot of interest they pull the ad and relist at a higher price, may wait a few days may not.
"Just testing the water" Reminds me of some I've heard that were just experimenting with alternate lifestyles in collage.
