Looks like we'll have a small chance of rain in the next 10 days, once on Aug 27 and another on Sep 06. Looking forward to get my lawn overseeding done.

The only downside is that I've not managed to get my fence stained yet, so if it rains too frequently, I'll have to postpone the work till next year.
