Yep and the tree maker tooView attachment 1002591
Rrrright.......and does that mean that, replacement parts makers, tire manufacturers and makers of high octane gas could be on the hook too?
Aloha, Mark
PS.....the Remington settlement may have something to do with this......maybe?
So, I wonder what round it was in the drum that killed this guy's daddy... was it round #99, round #48, round #22, or ???????
And would the guy be any less dead if the shooter had used three 30rd mags?????
I'd say it's silly, but it's sad and greedy.
Sue the person who planted the tree?View attachment 1002591

I like it.How about " this product is not to be used by those mentally unstable, prone to violence, or likely to commit murder"
Do not under estimate liberal judges, integrity means nothing. No sitting judge with an ounce of integrity would allow this money grab to ever see the inside of a courtroom. The attorney that is putting this case together should be disbarred and never allowed to practice law again.
This is why lawyers have such a bad stereotype.
