And yet another frivolous case that will clog the court system and potentially erode our freedoms.

Theres no personal responsibility anymore. It's not the shooters fault, oh no!, but the gun manufacturer, the magazine manufacturer, maybe even the gun shops fault for legally selling it! But it's never the killers fault. Nope.... definitely not the perpetrator.

So, would a label stating, "Not to be used in mass murders" been the ticket to avoid the lawyers circling?
How about " this product is not to be used by those mentally unstable, prone to violence, or likely to commit murder" and all that!

No sitting judge with an ounce of integrity would allow this money grab to ever see the inside of a courtroom. The attorney that is putting this case together should be disbarred and never allowed to practice law again.

The idea that a potential good guy should be able to count to 10 then tackle the mass shooter. Or, the mass shooter has one 10 round clip which would allow him to be tackled.

Much more weekend evidence shows this to be an unlikely scenario. Take Chicago most weekends (days). We have everything from crappy 380s that barely work to straw purchased Glocks from neighboring states. 7=33 rounds magazines. Yet no stories of the Masked Tackler. Saver of mass shootings.

The left will try to get you to believe anything they say. Put any thought into it then you are a bigot, baby killer (unlike actual..), or into conspiracies. Historical facts be damned.
