This is the truly disgusting thing about America and the people mostly in the inner cities.

We as mostly white Americans hate this little POS and wish him a quick conviction and suffering death.
May he burn in He

A lot of times if it was the other way around he would be praised, if not forgiven. And excuses would be made why it wasn't his fault.

Let's just call evil what it is no matter the race, religion, social stature, etc

well I'm a middle aged white guy and I think a quick run through the kill shoot at a slaughter house and use of the BOLT GUN would be a great way to take care of this POS.

It has been stated that since he didn't have an attorney during his sentencing, that he would be required to file his own appeal... Yeah, that'll work. o_O:rolleyes: We had best "warm up" the death chamber because they'll be coming for him very, very soon.

Why spend so much? A well-boiled and waxed rope accompanied by a properly calculated drop would do the trick. Look up Washinton State's guidelines for ISDP (Inmates Subject to the Death Penalty). The protocol is available online and is a fascinating read.
Why even spend the cost of prepping the rope? Retrieve his weapon and ammo from Evidence and hoist him by his own petard... probably gonna be melted down anyway, might as well put it to some good use first.

Pro Se on a capital murder charge? How stupid is that? If the man(?) had half a brain he had to know this was coming. Chances are that unless there was some gross irregularity or manifest denial of rights, that this guy isnt long for the living... and he deserves what he gets, under the law, for what he did. Generally speaking I oppose the death penalty, for many reasons. This however is a clear-cut case and there is no doubt of his guilt or intent. He was asking for it...
The method used must be quick and clean, and neither "cruel nor unusual". The condemned is there to be deprived of his life under the law, not for torture. :eek:We do not hang, draw, and quarter people. One has to consider the sensiblities of the execution team and what they will carry for the rest of their lives...Having worked in with and around LE and criminal justice people/environments for some years (retired now)... I'll just leave it at that.
I know by reading the posts in this thread that there are many killers, blood-handed man-slayers here, for whom thoughtlessly taking any human life with great pain, brutality and torment before breakfast is no big thing.. most people just arent wired that way, and that includes prison screws.

He thinks he is a stud..... best we can hope for is he will waive the appeals and and save us the $$ .

The anti black gangs inside Will protect him.and make him their little Punk.

Ehhh, on the Row, he will be in "close custody" and have very limited contact with anyone other than staff. Only if he gets into general population will other cons have a chance to eff him up, and THAT ain't gonna happen. A condemned man does have certain Constitutional rights which include an hour a day of exercise in an area with (at least) windows.
Last I knew it costs an average of $35000 a year to keep a person in prison, and close custody is a lot more than that, with $50000 a year being about average, IIRC.

Three hours, WTF? Should have been 3 seconds followed by a load report.
It took Three hours because the jury wanted to get there last free lunch order some pizza exchange phone number 's shoot the s!#+ for a little while then go out and tell them they reached a verdict LOL

The taking of someones life should not be looked at or done in a vindictive or sadistic manner.
No matter what heinous crime or crimes were committed by the criminal.
We have a justice system not a revenge system.
This should mean a swift and sure method.
Not some half baked , heated and unfit punishment.

No matter how flawed our justice system is , we the executioners need to be beyond reproach.
Taking a criminal out just after the verdict and having him get shot , smacks of third world or dictatorship BS.
Using a hash painful method of death is equally worthless ... If we are to remain better than the criminals.

I understand that people commit horrible crimes... and the need for justice is often felt like it lacks the "proper" punishment.
But doing sadistic or vengeful acts in the name of justice , does not serve justice.

He can retain an attorney on his appeals, he just can't use any screw ups HE made as grounds for an appeal because he represented himself. As you probably know, but most people don't, appeals are actually based on a flaw or illegal ruling from the original trial. Basically in the appeal you are trying to show that the legal system was misused or unfairly decided against you.

The problem with this concept is that the Federal Government carefully covered every legal aspect of the case. His decision to act Pro Se limits his prospects. It should be obvious that he isn't a brilliant legal mind, but a martyr for his own twisted "cause".

At this rate, it will be over within 104 weeks.

Yeah, but you know the anti-death penalty people will throw leftist college grads at him by the hundreds. How he doesn't deserve to die because all life is precious, yadda yadda yadda.

I'm not attempting to be vengeful. When the UK employed hanging, a loop with a leather sleeve sewn upon it permitted the rope to be reused. (Remember, this was during WW2 when hangings were a routine occurrence). When properly implemented, the rope is quite humane. England's longest serving hangman, Albert Peirrepoint, calculated the precise weight-to-drop ratio to ensure that the neck of the ISDP snaps cleanly without decapitation. A quick, clean death is the objective, isn't it?
