Washington Does the VMAC lower fall into HB1240?

After reading HB1240 I feel as if the VMAC9 or VMAC45 lower would not fall into the banned category.

I realize the entire pistol itself typically would be banned due to the threaded barrel but the lower shouldn't.

Thoughts?

Really depends on what companies will sell and ship to us.
I was denied the purchase of replacement Savage 110 barrel yesterday. I assume because I selected the threaded barrel option
