What is the latest news on this trial and schedule?

The suit was enjoined with Duncan vs Bonta, along with several other AWB challenges. I believe the 3 judge panel was hearing this the last week of January. Enjoined, the panel is hearing all of the challenges together, and because Miller is "ahead" of everyone else, it's the lead case. Same as Duncan v Bonta (magazine ban). Actually speeds up the Washington AND Oregon challenges, riding Bonta's coat tails if you will.

There is something everyone needs to be aware of that is happening across MULTIPLE circuit appellate courts, especially in the 9th. Judges are rigging the process to achieve the following end result 1) Judges favorable to the 2nd Amendment are being pulled off cases and they are reassigned to judges who are hostile to the 2nd Amendment; 2) Once the cases are reassigned to hostile judges, the cases are going to be held in limbo so that no final rulings are issued by the appellate courts.

The purpose is to delay having cases ever be available to the Supreme Court, in hopes that Alito or Thomas get replaced. In the first video below attorney Mark SMith describes how this was just done in the 4th circuit. In the 2nd video a former gun rights lobbyist in Illinois argues that the best remedy to gun rights organizations now is to convince House Republicans to start investigations into the appellate courts, and force judges to appear for potential impeachment hearings for rigging the cases.
