That's what I gather!
It sure wasn't that way years back when I visited there and did forest fighting duties with the Forest Service several different times.
Looks like lots of states have the libitard challenge going on nowadays. I never would have expected that with Washington being so famous for hunting at one time. It just goes to show ya we'd better ALL stay on our toes when it comes to gun legislation.
Macri's Restoration of Local Authority is just one of several gun control measures expected to come up in the 60 days session that starts Jan. 8. Other measures include a bill that would strengthen rules for buying firearms such as the AR-15, and requiring an annual permit to own rifles.
Yet I'm always amazed that you have Constitutional carry in VT. How do you pull that off with all of the lefties out there? (...and more power to ya!!)I'll tell ya, the more I hear you guys talk about what's going on in Washington State, the more I'm glad I'm here in VT.
The libitards are getting a bit over the top here lately too, but so far we've been able to keep there nonsense at bay.
I Hope it remains that way,,,,,,
Im still waiting for the last straw to fall and gun owners to fight back in a violent way against these leftist crazies.. They keep pushing for a 2nd civil war and they most likely will get one. I hope Im already gone from this earth but I doubt it the way they keep pushing.
Oh people will just bend over and take it so what does it matter anyway? Won't take long for the vast majority of the people that get angry at this bill to become incredulous at the mention of non compliance.
100% right. Just look at how things have changed over the last 10 years. Sure we all whine and bubblegum but nobody ever really does anything.I honestly don't think it'll happen. It is an incremental infringement, and most people won't really realize it. It's slow enough that most won't see the big picture until it's too late. Slowly eroding freedoms over time doesn't make it look like the ultimate goal of outright bans on firearms. Phased in magazine capacity restrictions, special permits, assault weapons bans, etc. will have majority support and not until a few decades pass will it actually appear to be what most of us suspect it is.
I don't think it needs to come to that. People simply need to boldly state they will not comply.Im still waiting for the last straw to fall and gun owners to fight back in a violent way against these leftist crazies.. They keep pushing for a 2nd civil war and they most likely will get one. I hope Im already gone from this earth but I doubt it the way they keep pushing.
For everything I love about Washington and the PNW, it's things like this that make more sure every day that I'm not retiring here. I don't want to get settled down and watch everything slowly erode. Once of these days one of these silly bills will pass.
Where have you been the last 20+ years? There has been a steady influx of Kalifornians and they have fled the communistic state that they created & are doing the exact same thing up here!!!
Wait. Wouldn't they need some sort of list or database to enforce that? Hmmm.
