Even if you are flying to or from a state that you are licensed to drink wine in, you will be arrested and your wine bottle will be confiscated if you have it in your luggage and your flight has a layover in New Jersey.
Your child will be expelled from school if he draws a picture of a beer can, and if any of his classmates see the picture then the school will go into lockdown and grief counselors will be on hand to help the children cope with the trauma.
Vineyards will be surrounded by barbed wire fences and locked gates and out-of-state visitors will have to get an instant background check in order to close the "tasting-room loophole."
