So the shooting was in the parking lot. So no Laws were broken (well except for where did the emp get the firearm they used) And thank GAWD this isn't a MASS shooting only one bad guy dead.

I know Everett and that area really well. This is a sad thing to read and see in the news. On the bright side the good guy won, I just hope that he doesn't face any legal action.

I'm hoping that he skates past the legal part since it was after hours and happened in the parking lot. I would really like to know who the employee is. I still have a lot of friends up in that area.

It's a sorry state of affairs when a good guy stops a bad guy in a life threatening situation and we have concern the good guy will be arrested or sued. He should get a freaking accommodation for being a good guy willing to risk his life for another!
