I am not sure if I missed a thread about this on here, but the 9th Circuit Court upheld California's ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Bad news for the rest of us in the West.

Jesus H. Tap Dancing Christ, a Kindergartner could see the equal protection violations in this law.

California needs to get a ballot initiative that would remove all LEO exemptions from their gun laws. Police having unsafe handguns, assault weapons, and high-capacity magazines puts everyone at higher risk of being killed. Seems like it'd be a pretty easy argument to make to the average idiot down there.

And of course the movie industry is exempt so Taran Tactical and his gun bunnies get to keep their 30 round "prop" magazines for John Wick 3.

So glad I don't live there anymore. Moved away 20 years ago and have no desire to go back, not even for the weather. I can go to Arizona and be a snowbird, not need to go to Palm Springs and surrender my 2a rights.
