Here again is Legislation from the bench from nether Fair nor Impartial Liberal leftest Justices operating an illegal judicial system of profit! These same Justices believe the Constitution is a living document subject to the wims, wishes, and vegeraties of society as they see it through their narrow view port from the bench, and their outright refusal to uphold the document AS WRITTEN is both Treasonous and Murderous! When a person looses their life because some arsehole justice felt it lawful to remove the right to self protection, THAT'S FRICKIN MURDER, when those same justices remove those rights for all, That's Frickin Treason! Time to take out the trash and remove these arsehole justices of profit! Its also time the SCOTUS gave a full and complete accounting of the 2nd, what it actually says [Defined] and what it does not say [Defined] and what the actual limits of government actually are on this enumerated right!

Maybe I'm wrong, but it almost seems like the circuit courts are punting... kicking this thing upstairs to the SCOTUS once again.

TBH, I can't imagine why... unless this was a predetermined outcome from a predictive Hillary-nominated SCOTUS majority.

From what I've read, the "Supremes" are getting sick and tired of lesser courts and various municipalities dancing around their decisions... acting cute and perhaps too damn precious for their own good.

I've had a bit of experience with lower court judges and one thing I KNOW to be fact is that they do NOT like having their decisions questioned or toyed with.

If we wanna get technical here.... name a single place on the Internet where you dont need to sign up in order to express opinions and share news/pictures/information... the sites I mentioned, all of them began with the notion of "no censorship/full 1st Amendment protections" until all became monetized/businesses beholden to advertisements

4chan.....You're never "anonymous" no matter where you go. Unless you're some computer dude.....My point was you CHOSE to be in those places therefore you have to follow their rules or else they'll smack your pee pee with a stick. Just like here. I choose to be here therefore I follow "their" rules. If I don't like it, I can simply go somewhere else where like minded people can speak "their" mind....This isint censorship. The difference is the sites you chose. The "internet" is a conglomerate of personally owned properties. If I own a site and dont like what your sayn, I'll kick you out. I have that right.

As a "content creator" on Tumblr... I joined the site because they very publicly stated "we will not censor any lawful user or blogs on this site, regardless of their politics and beliefs "..

This was just a few years ago, before Yahoo bought them out. They have not yet changed their public mission statement, yet they decided that to be able to stay on Apple's IOS app store, they're gonna censor and remove "adult content".

The same for Youtube, Reddit, Imgur when they all started. Facebook... thats always been a bit weird
