Weed is not a born given right........

It's not an enumerated right, but it's not just the enumerated rights that are protected. I do not believe that the federal government has the authority to tell us what we can and cannot put in our bodies. I have seen no part of the Constitution that grants this authority. This may have something to do with illegal drugs actually being called "controlled substances" as in, they're not illegal, you just can't have them unless you jump through whatever hoops we define. Don't get me wrong, I don't march in pot parades and there is no dope in my house. I just think it's absurd that we lock people up for getting high. I love beer. I loved pot in college but I love my job now. So I can't burn certain leaves, but I can ferment hops and barley.

But what is it almost every month we hear about someone can't get there drivers license because they refuse to take there Vail off to take the picture.

I lived in southern California for a decade. I probably don't have to tell you the condition of some of the trucks and drivers coming across the border down there. The only time I was hit and run and caught the runner, they had a fake DL. Actually showed it to the cop too. She says "You may want to look at this ID." I told her I knew what was going on and that I would get nothing. Was hoping the little menace had warrants or something.

But now I stay North Washington Idaho Montana.
Basically over night trips .
