1639 is headed to court and we're the lead plaintiff in the Federal Lawsuit filed by the Second Amendment Foundation and the NRA. SAF and the NRA are picking up the direct legal cost for the suit, however we are asked every day how people can donate so here's an option to support the legal fight.
This fund will be used to help the plaintiffs cover indirect legal costs, travel for plaintiffs to attend court and also directly pay a portion of the legal cost to the law firm Ard Law Group PLLC (Lead Counsel in the suit).
We hope that this case goes to the Supreme Court and generates a precedent which will have a nationwide impact for citizens across the country.
Sporting Systems is proudly funding the first $1500 of the campaign. We spent over $40,000 on our work to defeat 1639 at the ballot box and now, we're going to back the effort to take it apart in the courtroom.
