Hiedi from Sporting Systems discusses 2024 House Bill 2118 with Jason Rantz on 770 KTTH Seattle. The "Kill the FFL" Bill is "sold" as a way to weed out bad FFLs, but does so by wiping out all of them with regulations and requirements that are so prohibitedly expensive, your only options is to close. From Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse to Bob Gunsmithing. It ignores all the the ATF/Federal requirements and states them in the bill as if they don't exist; documentation, thefts, tracing.
6 YEARS of audio and video storage storage from all doors, windows, work areas, sales areas, storage areas. Includes home based FFLS, independent FFLS, and large bog box stores. Washington Law enforcement keep video for 60 days. Marijuana shops, for 45 day. FFLs, 2190 days.
All firearms and records stored in firesafes.
Security bars on all exterior winds and doors (not inside, but outside).
No personal firearms on sales floor (all firearms must be secured unless they are being show).
Terminate any employees under 21.
