Iver Johnson 'Champion' 16ga single shot. Made between 1940 - 1950 in Fitcburg, Mass. Full choke and lug forged.
Serial 'number' stamped FIU behind the trigger (represents the 1st, second, and sixth letters in Fitcburg - where it was made. Serial number is therefore 126).
