Does the Bodyguard have less felt recoil than the LCP?LCP Max, hoping to replace it with the Bodyguard 2.0 soon. It just shoots so much better for me.
Considerably, especially of you get the ported version. The bore axis is the major factor contributing to thisDoes the Bodyguard have less felt recoil than the LCP?
Interesting. I've never shot the lcp but for all the hype, I don't find the BG2.0 to be exactly comfortable to shoot. I don't have the ported version though.Considerably, especially of you get the ported version. The bore axis is the major factor contributing to this
Enquiring minds want to know…And a 6'' piece of thread.
Maybe to make some rock candy later?Enquiring minds want to know…

For John Wick, it's a pencil. For @Medic!, it's a thread. It is probably not a good sign my first thought upon seeing "thread" was "oh, for garrote".![]()

AT Cross Classic Century pen or pencil. Can use to make a trache tube, or something more sinister around the back of the neck, depending on yer needs. For John Wick, it's a pencil. For @Medic!, it's a thread.![]()
The LCP max is ungodly to shoot next to the 2.0, as a pocket pistol, the bodyguard shoots the best compared to anything close to its sizeInteresting. I've never shot the lcp but for all the hype, I don't find the BG2.0 to be exactly comfortable to shoot. I don't have the ported version though.
It does feel good in the hand, however
I've come close to purchasing the LCP Max several times. Really tempting at sales prices just over two bills. Just seen too many comments about how unpleasant it is to shoot. I've got a Sig P238 that fulfills the pocket pistol need, but I would sure hate to have it stolen out of my golf bag or car. At two bills, the LCP Max would almost seem disposable (other than having some lowlife running around with a gun) if it were stolen. It's a gradient. Compared to the class of single stack pocket .380's (Kel-Tec P3AT, standard LCP), the LCP Max is quite shootable, thanks to its much better trigger, better sights, and slightly larger grip.I've come close to purchasing the LCP Max several times.
