Because the search has been disabled I believe

Might have something to do with the server load/issues seen recently. Turning off services that are load hogs is one way to keep the lights on. Speculative on my part though, so don't read too much into it...

It has to do a search when you try to do classifieds by Oregon or Washington... Search is disabled so you have to go in and look the long way.
