Blackened shrimp and emu liver on the grill today. That dirty rice made with chopped emu heart and liver was amazing! Like creole stuffing.

Our oldest was living in Provo at the time when we went for his wedding. Afterwards, I surprised our youngest and the wife with a 2 day trip to Zion. We stayed in Hurricane while visiting the park. A great little city.

The hotdogs were burning, added a little butter. Several cans of Nalley chili in the crock pot, chili dogs tonight! Eating rich, probably $50 worth of chili with the Nalley's shortage we are currently experiencing
