2) also includes any pistol with threaded barrel. Some 22s are excluded like hk416 .22 rifle and hammerli tac1

Also includes kits to make "assualt weapon". Some say all parts also. Some say some parts. But best to read hb1240 and decide for yourself.

..... I'm pretty sure everybody here had any applicable mags and firearms present or stored in WA state before any of these bills were passed so those are ok and would not be importing. .....

For crime? They do nothing. For those of us to follow the law? They amount to a HUGE PITA.

I was looking for talking points about how Washingtonians have been raped by extreme liberal lawmakers. Wanted to use this as examples of what's next for Oregon if we fail to achieve a majority, or at least parity in the November election. The courts are slow to act, so other states have jumped on the bandwagon with atrocious assaults against their peoples rights.
