National US House bill urges states to implement gun seizure laws

What happens when the government deems that 90% of once legal gun owners are too risky to own guns? This is fascism plain and simple and i would trust armed men protecting our schools over the government deciding who and who cannot own a firearm based on their own intuition. One day merely posting a pic of yourself holding a rifle and smiling will qualify you to lose your 2A rights under an Extreme Risk Protection Order.
