After thinking about this for a while I've identified what really bothers me about this. No, it wasn't a "good shooting". It's never a "good shooting", unless your finger is just itching to pull the trigger, unless you're so frustrated and angry that someone stood up to the government that you think killing them is the best way to make your point, and you find an excuse to do so.
