So, it is 8:00 o clock at night on a Monday evening.

I still had not made my dinner yet, but I was perusing the posts on NWF.

It was then that I discovered Sarge's Post (above).

A Twist on the Eggs Benedict Theme, Sans the Hollandaise, since that ain't really 'Amurican:

Kirkland Bacon - 6 pieces
Extra Large Eggs - 2
Dave's Organic Burger Buns - Split
Smoked Provalone - 2 Slices
Grated Sharp Cheddar - Just a *Splash* in Tribute to @sobo
