Thinking out side the box here, wouldn't the 9th ruling that upholds the Fed judges injunction also apply to all states coverd by the 9th ruling? Seems to me, Oregon and its corrupt politicians and superior court would be null and void by the 9ths ruling, which puts a huge dent in the upcoming anti 2nd legleslation! Any one know if this holds true?
I'm definitely no expert, but I've come to learn that there can be a variety of different ways that rulings and judgments are given. Some can apply broadly, some can be very narrow and specific. It's not necessarily a given that a ruling in one case will automatically apply in other cases. More of an attorney question, but that's my rudimentary understanding.
