How many rights do citizens of US Territories enjoy? Do they get representatives in Congress?

As a Territory - I expect that the residents are regarded much like the residents of D.C. are - children who are totally dependent upon the USA. You should be so lucky to be paid minimum wage, it was just bad luck all the companies pulled out when you wages were so much better than anyone elses. But look, cheese!

The idea of taxation on weapons - is the same idea that keeps suppressors challenging to obtain.

If I was the pro-gun version of Bloomberg, I would make a charitable air-drop of weapons and ammo on the nearest large ball field that they have there and have someone present to pass out free guns to whoever wanted them.
