“It’s something that none of us want and we want to make it as strict as possible.”

then why did someone challenge and win the handgun ban in Court? Apparently at least one of you did want one.

I'm tired of these lying sacks of crap. Be a F'ing man and say what you mean. Say "I dont want these guns and I dont want anyone to have them"

Sounds like the residents of the Northern Marianas Islands need to throw their own tea party... Hopefully they clean house in November...

Liberals never seem to understand that arms in the United States of America is a Right... Not subject to government regulation, control or taxing... Unless your going to tax all rights...

I fully expect to see some of this nonsense happen here in Oregon unless the liberals are unseated in November...

A strong message needs be sent by the people!!!

How many rights do citizens of US Territories enjoy? Do they get representatives in Congress?

As a Territory - I expect that the residents are regarded much like the residents of D.C. are - children who are totally dependent upon the USA. You should be so lucky to be paid minimum wage, it was just bad luck all the companies pulled out when you wages were so much better than anyone elses. But look, cheese!

The idea of taxation on weapons - is the same idea that keeps suppressors challenging to obtain.

Siapan and Tinian = Atomic / Hydrogen / Nuclear Bombs. ( If one goes east one comes to Bikini )
The nearest neighbor looks to be Guam -

Allen Gottlieb and the Second Amendment Foundation are already challenging this tax in court. The only way to fight this nonsense is in the courts. And THAT is why the left is so determined to get as many liberal anti-gun judges appointed to the bench for life.

If I was the pro-gun version of Bloomberg, I would make a charitable air-drop of weapons and ammo on the nearest large ball field that they have there and have someone present to pass out free guns to whoever wanted them.

Hard to tax a free gift. They could try of course, but how many would pay?
