Suggested Shotgun Shells for Home Defense?

I found some pictures that I took at the indoor range trying Federal LE127 9 pellet 00 buckshot. I was shooting at 7 yards (21 feet) with a FNH 18" SLP:

Trench 12. Basically legally classified as a firearm. AK47 12 gage with a 12" barrel and an arm brace. Uses Saiga 12 box mags and drums. Remington 3" max load with 41 number 4 buckshot. The Trench 12 weighs 10 pounds 6 ounces loaded with a Ceespec 10rd steel box mag and the aforementioned buckshot. A very efficient and effective arm gun.
