I am looking to load some ammunition up for my 45's - is there a recommended load using sporting clays. I have about 10lbs of it and was curious if there were any good recipes say with a 230GR XTP bullet.
Sporting Clays? Or Universal Sporting Clays. If "Universal" then starting load of 5.1 gr for a jacketed 230 grain is recommended and 4.5 for lead bullets.
Beware though, If it is just plain "Clays" then the max load for either bullet is 4.0 gr.
