My heart is too faint to watch video game footage in the facebook post.

I do want the rifle though... Maybe my neighbors will shut up if I get one.

I hate it when you type in like "handgun hog hunt" in utoob and 99% of vids offered are airsoft shenanigans or whirl of wadcraft gheyness.

When I saw that the video was a Facebook link I didn't even bother clicking it. I use Facebook to connect with the kids that grew up with - otherwise 99% of the crap on it is all hello kitty and trash like that.

I wonder how well a teenage girl would do? Would you be worried about this sniper?

To be honest, I was wondering about something else... Though there is a concern in conjunction with that.

That photo was actually taken after she won a long range shooting match at the NRA's shooting center in New Mexico, at the age of only 17.

As I said, there were concerns in conjunction with what I was wondering.

I guess is would amaze some folks that .50cal rifles of ALL kinds - except, of course, them evil semi-autos - are legal over here in yUK? In fact, the UK .50cal shooting association is the largest outside the USA/Canada.

We even have ranges suitable for them to be shot out to 4000m - if you can hit anything at that distance. Doesn't hurt to try though, eh? :)

Man 4,000 meters is a long way to hit something. I have shot DCM matches at 1,000 yards or 1,093 meters. That was with a .308 round. I want an AR compatible .50BMG upper really bad.

Uh, I didn't actually claim to have hit anything, just that we have ranges where we could, if we could, if you get my drift.

Anyhow, 1000m is 1093 yards, not the other way 'round. ;)

Best from over here at 28F.

No problemo. Here in yUK they just haven't made up their collective minds about all this metric stuff. Confunglement happens all the time.

Anyhow, you're up late/early. You a burglar? :D Or just a regular insomniac?

I'd be worried about anyone that can squeeze a trigger! Especially if they've been photographed with a .50 in hand.
