Smith and Wesson 4053 and 4053 TSW are they interchangeable, or the same?

Soo I have a S&W 4053..And I can not find Many Parts for the 4053 but I Fine alot For the 4053 TSW which I believe is a Tactical Version. Now can I use parts from the TSW for the Standard 4053? if that makes any since to anyone..

I don't see why not. It's the same pistol other than a rail maybe night-sights. BTW nice pistols.

Well I ordered a New Grip For the 4053 TSW Sooo We'll see if it fits i guess.. I also wanna get new sites

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that the tactical was the same pistol with an added rail and night sights.

That was My assumption as well... But Everything i always find is For the TSW Model.. and no one around here stocks any parts for this model gun so I cant double check.
