Sig 556R rifle owners, barrel lining?

I'm thinking of picking up a Sig 556R in 7.62x39. If I get it, it's going to see Yugo M67, which is corrosive.

The interwebz are failing me in this question: Is the barrel on the 556R lined or coated to prevent corrosion?
