Here are a few of my older knives. The bottom knife is a Kershaw that my dad bought me when I was 12 or 13. That knife has skinned many bucks in its day. First buck it skinned the guy that borrowed it ran the blade across the back of his hand and had to go to the ER for stitches. It also gutted and skinned my first buck as well as my little brothers.

Next up from the bottom was dads Buck knife I think he bought it in the 70's it could be older but I don't think it is.

The Kabar is next in line and was in my dads hunting box along with the Old Remington next in line. The Remington has writing on the sheath where it was a gift back in 1937 to the guy that ended up giving it to my dad...most likely in the 50's.

Next up is a cheap Coast knife I found near my house. On top of that is a knife marked Japan only and then a lineman knife a few old pocket knives and a butterfly pair of scissors.

All the fixed blades and the two skinning big folders have been sharpened up real nice and kept in good shape. I do need to polish and clean them again though.

I carry three pocket knives on me at all times, an old broken Remington folder for prying with, a Browning and a Swiss army. I use all three daily.

The top pocket knife was one I carried as a kid for many years. I went to a slimmer single blade folder after that and never went back to a multi blade except for the tiny Swiss army I carry. I had a beautiful Case three blade folder given to me that was too big to carry. I passed it on to a guy that really wanted it. I have all the original oil, and stones for that Buck knife that my dad bought when he got it. I will say it was a bugger to bring the edge back onto that knife when I got it. It was well used when my dad was alive.
