Alaska fishing. Moved to AK in 2015. It's pretty awesome that you can drive 30 minutes after work and catch 10-20 salmon in a couple hours and then do it all over again the next day. I don't really like to eat salmon but I sure love to catch them!

Music is my other hobby. I enjoy listening to music whether live or recorded. I also like audio equipment both old & new. This is a picture of my setup. It took me quite a while to get this far. It's not state of the art but it satisfies me.

What a naive old stick-in-the-mud I am.

Naw, just moving in different circles, my friend. Especially since I'm known to deal with both... well, if you count electric-powered smaller-scale models of steam prototypes rather than strictly "live steam only." :) If I had track laid, I'd let you crank up one of my NYC Niagaras* anytime...
*Technical oddity: The New York Central's S-class 4-8-4s were both the second-smallest and the second-most-powerful locomotives of their kind ever built. Makes one wonder what NYC chief engineer Paul Kiefer would have created if he'd had the same generous space allowances Otto Jabelmann enjoyed when he was designing the Challengers and Big Boys for Union Pacific...

I find it interesting how most firearm owners enjoy cigars, good beer, and good bourbon. Most bourbon drinkers I've met also enjoy firearms and cigars. Most cigar smokers I've met are firearm owners and enjoy good beer and bourbon. I guess we just have good taste :)

You got that right!

Enjoying the 2nd amendment is right up there with many other pleasures in life.

I must have missed this thread. Just popped up on new posts!

I've raced RCs and tinkered with them long before I got into Firearms. Back when FM was the thing and nicads where king.

Just recently got back into them and I have been working on finishing a Revo I stared piecing together years ago. Also rebuilt a slash that I more or less solely use for time spend on the beach.

Here are a plethora of pictures from way back when to now.
