The Jackson County Sports Club in White City had/has an Automatic and suppressed day shoot. it was really cool. the venders put out cars and trucks, and tanerite, and other shoot-em-ups. there was weapon systems there that looked the same as pictured.

people paid the owners of the weapons per mags or belt. it was my first AR/M4 shoot, as well as automatic shoot.

real automatic weapons are nothing like the movies. really fun. and i would go to another one.

Absolutely perfect up on the hill today - couldn't ask for better weather!

My brother setup at 800

I pointed the other direction and chrono'd some loads. The Spectra gloves & shield are for the Parker ;)

Best I could do with a 'new to me' Vaquero in 45 Colt. First handloads in that caliber, and first time shooting it / that type of gun. 10yrds - I could use a little more time with it :)

Love this gun :)

And I didn't even shoot the chrono :D

Pointing the 'other' direction, 10FCP.

800. Pain getting the camera to focus through the scope!

Tried the Mosin at 800, with 'Mosin' sights. Took 15 shots with my brother spotting to finally get a hit. Hit it 3 more times - won't say outta how many though :D

AR500 - 18" wide torso.

Fantastic day!

Safe shooting :)

I got to participate in the American Hero Adventures "hero golf" event last Saturday. On a couple holes we got to tee off with an AR. Now I need one of those muzzle devices!!!

Nothing anywhere near as impressive as you guys shooting thousands of $$$-worth of ammunition in a couple of minutes but something a little more sedate...

A very nice old Snider, just like my three-bander from Welland ON, except that this one is from Québec.

Scary looking guy not withstanding, that Snyder looks like fun!

The scary guy is a pussycat, ask anybody, unless, of course, you're shooting at him. Then he gets somewhat peeved.

And yes, ANY Snider is a hoot to shoot - lots of 'em in our club, as well. Only problem is that in order to use a die set for reloading, you need a press with a HUGE top thread, rather than the more usual 7/8thx14. Thankishly, you can also load them by hand ...

Finally got out shootin again. New gate on North Fork Rd. Not too happy about that.

Remembered to take the table this time. Make things easier.

Whatever gets you there:rolleyes:

Made up some light loads for the 7mm mag. My shoulder thanks me. Made some 450 Bushmaster loads that were just nasty. The 45 / 70 ones I made were plenty hot too. Had the 22/250 out for the first time also, that's just fun.

Got a 4 x 16 Trijicon on the 243 Ruger, lots a fun. Didn't take much to sight it in.

Some A hole left their garbage and old mattress set in the bus turnaround:mad:

Finally got to shoot the 460 Rowland conversion out . Recoil wasn't bad but if you limp wrist it, plain wont work.

If you need body armor, save your hard drives:D. My CM9 barely made a dent in it. The Rowland went in but just pushed out the side. Tough little buggers.

:eek::eek::eek:
