The fireball pic is 230gr XTP over 27.5gr h110 at 1600fps.
I made a load so anybody could shoot them...
200gr LSWC over a starting load of TrailBoss for 800fps. Won't cycle the 27 lb recoil springs, but amazingly, shoots to the same POI at 25yds.
Very soft, easy, shooter!

Ripping a couple .300 win mag 300yd

Got the Jagur dialed in. Ringing the 12in 300yd plate with bulk ammo and iron sights. Best was 8/10; pretty happy with that! Most strings were 6-7/10. At 200y, I couldn't miss.

Dang, that's some good shooting. This past weekend we set up my plate rack at just shy of 400 yards and everyone was able to hit the 12". We all had scopes and a bench, we didn't get as good of a hit ratio as you did. Looks fun!

Thanks. I have a 8in plate at 375y, but I can hardly see it without a scope. Specially when it's in the shadows.

My wife and I make several trips a year back to Idaho from Oregon to hang out with her family. We always bring a truck full of guns. This is my wife helping her granddaughter learn to shoot her new Rascal, and my wife's daughter having fun with my AR pistol.

On one of our outings, I shot 800 rounds through my Savage 93R17. The 17hmr is a fantastic round. I was knocking them over at 200 yards (sometimes needing 2 or 3 shots). I thought about cleaning the rifle but never did. I figgered it was still doing its job and just kept throwing lead down-range.
