The MA FFL would know, as they would be subject to local law and any penalties. E-mail gives you a paper trail.Thanks. I guess I am more concerned if it is even legal to send to a valid FFL in a state that has these lame restrictions.
Normally I would say you would not be liable, but we are living in some unusual times. I would ship, but if you're uncomfortable, politely decline the deal and move on. You don't need to justify it other than to yourself. So would I be liable if the MA FFL says it's ok and they are a valid FFL? Thanks
unless the end user is an LEO or FFL himself, he can't possess >10rnd mags here in MA unless it falls into the 'pre-ban' (1984) category.
Oh, I understand and agree whole-heartedly with your sentiment, but for 10-22's only the 10rd mag is "standard capacity." The BX-25's are definitely extended. I'm assuming these are 10-22 mags? 30-round AR mags are standard capacity, though. What's with the high-capacity magazine label, they are standard capacity magazines.
You mean yesterday?LOL.
Yeah.....I can remember that time when some member here was all POed over some of us not wanting to ship.
