Oregon Selling gun (legally) that was gifted

saw an old Stevens SxS 12ga on a table at a garage sale. No SN as it was made before those were required. I bet the blank spot on the 4473 is going to put a ripple in the matrix. Or does the ATF /OSP really think "NA" is the SN? ;)
