It is unclear whose initials he is referring to. He continues, "As for Dylann Roof? You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …(deleted)!!!" He said Jehovah spoke to him, telling him to act.

Later in the manifesto, the writer quotes the Virginia Tech mass killer, Seung Hui Cho, calls him "his boy," and expresses admiration for the Columbine High School killers. "Also, I was influenced by Seung–Hui Cho. That's my boy right there. He got NEARLY double the amount that Eric Harrisand Dylann Klebold got…just sayin.'"

--He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work --He says he has been attacked by black men and white females --He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man

"Yes, it will sound like I am angry...I am. And I have every right to be. But when I leave this Earth, the only emotion I want to feel is peace...."

The fact that he put down a deposit on a gun right after Charleston, looks like the gun was bought legally, with a background check. And definitely racially motivated.

Watching the news and the usual cry of "needed background checks being stalled by the Virginia house." went up. This immediately sent me to look at the laws for Virginia. Criminal background checks are mandated and, if the purchaser does not have a state handgun license, 30 days must pass before one can take possession of a handgun. http://gun.laws.com/state-gun-laws/virginia-gun-laws So the laws were followed. Outside of complete ban on sales of guns to anyone and the magical disappearance of existing guns, this could not be prevented. I was thinking the same thing. It's apparent with every new shooting that BGC's are a smokescreen, nothing more. They will target confiscation. And when they do, the sh!te will really hit the fan.

Situational awareness isnt the end all tactic. These people were ambushed. They have a job to do and like everyone else they need to do it well the team has to focus on the news prodution to get it right. The shooter was also a news anchor so he knows this and ambushed them at their most vulerable point, a live newscast. An ambush is the worst case scenario.

Hot young female reporters should be paranoid as hell.

Must be a lot of creeps stalking them.

Here in Eugene Springfield I'm always spotting News reporters male and female out shopping or jogging etc. They frequent and live in the same places that they report.

Saying that, while on air it would be real difficult to look good for the camera, pretend you know the right questions to ask AND look out for maniacs who want to kill you.

Imagine after work in public, everyone knows you but you don't know them. Some have a grudge about your biased reporting, others think they are in love with you.

They should have a bodyguard or something for the talent. I guess the Cameraman is supposed to fill that role while on a News site?

Maybe also stop the lies and propaganda. That is what most of the assaults caused by.

Of course not. TV reporting is about as far out of my realm of knowledge as brain surgery so I don't know if they train to ignore their surroundings or not I was merely commenting on it seems like someone's peripheral vision would have picked up a gun being waved around five feet away.

At WDBJ he was trouble too.

I went from a sympathetic disgusted to an angry disgusted mood when the coverage of the shooting broke to show the State Governor responding to the incident with no visible empathy and politically grandstanding by puking out "gun control" measures he was behind....

I'll save more of my feelings and opinions on that subject matter for a different place.

At this moment my prayers and wishes go out to the families of these young individuals whose lives were needlessly taken by a phycho with no excuse for what a failure of a human being he was.

it was clearly an ambush to me, the shooter was their ex news reporter and took advantage of the situation while they were focused on the filming.

I also doubt the news company told the lady she was being hired because they had to fire a disgruntled violent employee who left on bad terms.

Im confused as to how NO ONE saw him there, or coming.. They were oblivious.

Things like this happen every day because no one pays attention to their surroundings. The lady in white had him in her view the entire time, him gun in hand she didnt even notice..
Its an observation that we should all be more vigilant in our day to day life regardless of the situation.
