I reload for the expensive rounds, and I have supplies for the others.

I started with a Lee Loader in 9mm. They cost about $20 new these days.I have from time to time thought about reloading for my modern guns...
At the moment I do not have the funds to get started , the room to use and the time to devote to it.
In regards to time spent...
Your time , is your time to spend how you choose...
If you get enjoyment and value from how you choose to spend your time...then that is all that matters.

I have used those a time or two and for my needs and budget ...that will be the way I go for a long while.I started with a Lee Loader in 9mm. They cost about $20 new these days.

They weren't doing that when I lived there. I usually pay extra for that. Maybe I should move back?In California they diddle yer bung when you buy factory loads. Priceless.
Been reloading for about 6 years, after the first year I did the math to see when I'd break even on the equipment from the money I saved over buying at the local Walmart. Halfway through the math I realized I'm not really saving money, I'm shooting more. Never finished the math, doesn't matter.
Since I am unfamiliar with that ammo, it is roughly 2x-2.5x I think for that particular flavor. I have some well over a buck a round cartridges I like to shoot. .50 Beowulf can be up there as can .500 s&w magnum. (I shoot the latter out of a single shot rifle, and it will wake you up in the morning.)
Did you sell your equipment or keep it?
Are you guys casting bullets
I do 38/357 also, but a kid bought my six gun, and dont have one to reload for now.
