I do just reload aluminum once, though.

I wet tumble mine with my brass, I know it's a silly waste of time, but I get bored sometimes lol

I was afraid of removing any protective coating which might cause the aluminum to corrode or possibly work harden when tumbling with pins.

I tumbled mine in old walnut with some sprays of liquid car wax.

I've been wet tumbling them with pins for years and no issues.

I've even examined them closely after doing so and saw no changes and just loaded away!

BTW,
In case I didn't specify, the 9mm was loaded with 115gr "pulled" Bullets, OAL was 1.137".

Charge weights were 3.7, 3.9, 4.1, 4.3 and 4.5gr bullseye loaded into groups of 5 at each charge weight, fired out of a PDP compact.
