I was re-racking my gas nozzle at a station in Rancho Bernardo (CA) when some D-bag in a Mercedes tried to drive away still connected to the other side of the same pump. Whiplash! My first indication that something was amiss was blood from a scalp laceration pouring onto my hands.
7-8 sutures at Urgent Care (which he paid for), no big deal. The fun part was going back inside Arco looking like an extra from Walking Dead to ask the cute teeny-bopper cashier for change from pump 10.
