Aloha, Mark

Corporate America is in full affect here they ran the price threw the roof with panic scared buyers and this Russian junk. Lower prices maybe never low low prices
Unless the market gets flooded with it after the war craps over

Allegedly palmetto state armory is gearing up to run 7.62x39 steel case and potentially 5.45.

But its palmetto, so it will be priced at whatever market rate is. 45cpr? Idk

But hey, maybe it will be regular fmj and not bimetal?

The curtailment of imports of (relatively) cheap ammo from Russia has contributed to current prices. I was just looking at Ammoman, they have a few different offerings in steel cases, well over 50 cents a shot. Belom is claimed to have a brass case, Ammoman price is 71 cents apiece but I don't know if those are Boxer or Berdan primed. PMC is 84 cents per round, probably good Boxer primed brass.

Midway has factory seconds 123 gr. FMJ bullets for 24 cents apiece for those who want to reload.

Given the general ammo situation here in the US, plus the war footing of military industries in Europe, a lowering of prices probably isn't coming any time soon.
