Well if you can't watch it, I'll sum up:

The traffic barrels .... (AND she noted better lighting and increased patrols by police and park rangers) ..... have reduced problems in the test area.

Funny how the barrels get all the credit.
That's the oldest disctraction technique there is folks.

As long as it was an idea by a Dem......other Dems will surely like it.

This stuff really does work! I have proof. In mid February I was getting sick of freezing temps an night here in NE potland. I put signs up! "NO FREEZING" they said. And I'll be damned they worked! Freezing temps at night have been reduced by 60%.

There was a Mexican restaurant that shut down in Grants Pass. I am sure it closed because across the street there is a sign that says "WATCH FOR ICE"

When I see those stupid barrels I find myself with the uncontrollable need to drive right down that street. Frequently if possible!
