Do you think Officer Birk of the Seattle PD should go before a real jury?

This petition is to present signatures to the Seattle prosecuting attorney to support officer Birk to stand trial so that he may go in front of a jury. The inquest IS over and I personally believe this cop needs to be held responsible for his actions and given a trial.
