I think people are missing something. The left has been perfectly honest about their goals to disarm all of us. They use whatever technique works at the present time, including wishcastiing for victimhood. Where we're seeing the decit is the politicians on the right that deal with the left under the table.

Keep their feet to the fire and let them know they were hired to do the will of the people they represent, not buckle to the left so they get a few crumbs that fall off the table. Remember, they don't see the light until we turn up the heat. Keep it turned up and stand your ground.
While it's nice to say, it's really full of fluff.

Measure 114 happened because of outside money from people who haven't ever set foot in Oregon.

We need to remove outside influences in our measures and politicians.

Remove the Soros and leftist bored elites looking for table scraps.

I've asked my local legiscritters on sponsoring bills to ban outside money but they said it's a pipedream due to Scotus rulings on 1st amendment grounds.🙄

This state needs a turn around in voters if we don't want to fight tooth and nail for our rights in every election going forward. A simple thing you can do that helps is to introduce someone to guns and shooting. The more people are educated about how ridiculous these laws are the better we hold the antis back!
114 barely passed in 2022, an election that returned a Democratic 'supermajority' to the state legislature. We 2a supporters should analyze this from an electoral pov.

Can you safely buy a firearm now and not be stopped out by an injunction and the buy would be "frozen". Anybody buying now and getting cleared by the OSP quickly?
Nothing is changed. Dec 8 is when perm injunction takes effect. Currently under temp injunction. Not sure when state can appeal. If it's now, then probably 7 days until OR Supreme Court stays raschios injunction and m114 starts. If dec 8 is earliest that the state can file then m114 would probably go into effect a week later (guessing on OR Supreme Court timeline). OSP is currently taking minutes to hours for non instants.

Sucky part is the government lawyers who were sent to Harney counties court house, don't care how much they spend as it's not their money, they will keep trying, and trying, and trying

Until it can be set up so that the punishment is for the lawyers and politicians to pay fees and damages 100% out of their pockets, no taxpayer funds allowed at all. The government will always use taxpayer funds to fight for infringing rights.

the Gov already said will appeal this due to Oregon needs to be safe from guns.
would be interesting if Oregon supreme court sides with gun owners but i seriously doubt it
This unfortunately is the reality. There is a very small chance the Oregon Supremes will side with Raschio due to the overwhelming amount of Oregon specific citations used by Raschio... but it would be unwillingly and they may not care at all; after all, "constitutions are living documents and prior OSC decisions can be wrong"

There are a couple levels of appeal available to the state, and legislative action as well, to overcome this defeat they suffered. You can bet the game is not over.
Remember, even though the legal fees that were ordered reimbursed to the plaintiffs in this case will be paid by the state with tax money (a good investment of taxes for a change, as opposed to the states wasteful cost of standing up for this messy measure), and the state has plenty more of that money, crushed from us under the state's boot, to rustle up as hefty a law as they now think they can write and keep.
Not to mention the fact that LEVO received large sums of cash and assistance with coordination from out of state gun control groups like Giffords and Bloomberg. They make it out like it's a grass roots effort but in reality the entire effort was a political chess move.

Oh, and bubblegum the good Reverend Knutson very much.
