OR CHL renewal when moving counties

So I'm very likely moving from Multnomah county to Jefferson county at the end of the year. I'll be up for renewal after I move and wondering what the best way to do that is? i.e. renew in jefferson county, renew in mult county, apply new in jefferson county? I didn't even google it and just came straight here and asked...before you get all cheeky and "google that for me" (you know who you are).
